Why we have a standard
Ghosting means different things to different people. A company that takes two weeks to respond is not the same as one that goes silent after six rounds of interviews.
Our reporting standard exists to ensure every record in VyzorIQ represents a genuine, documented failure in the hiring process — not impatience or a misunderstanding.
Minimum Waiting Periods
How moderation works
Every report goes through a human review before it is published. We check for accuracy, consistency, and signs of bad faith before approving anything.
Reports must describe a genuine candidate experience — not an employee experience or a personal grievance unrelated to the hiring process
Reports with signs of fabrication, coordination, or internal sabotage are removed
Reports that do not meet our minimum waiting period thresholds are held pending additional review
Anonymity does not confer legal immunity — knowingly false submissions may be subject to applicable law
